In the past years WFLA’s Channel 8, the Rough Riders, local area businesses and Tampa Bay area schools were teaming up with the Faces of Courage Foundation, Inc. for the Great Bead Recall.  With the recent discovery that some beads may contain lead; the city is requiring us to provide documentation that the beads are lead free.  Since all of our beads are donated we are unable to comply with this request.  We wanted to notify all of our past supporters of this discovery & that we have decided that we will not be collecting beads this year.

Although we are not collecting beads this year we are hopeful you will continue to support us during our other fundraising programs throughout 2008.   Faces of Courage Foundation, Inc. is a locally based not-for-profit 501(c)3, all programs are provided at no cost to the participants.  For more information about our organization, please call our offices (813) 877-CAMP (2267) or check out our website, www.facesofcourage.org
